hi I had normal delivery , due to preterm delivery and then taking lods of care of my baby I didn't get any time to take care of my body. even I didn't get massage, only I managed to take care of my diet so that I gave proper milk. after 6 month of my delivery I have seen myself properly in mirror I see big belly , pigmentation on my face and whole body shape is messed. at this where still I don't get much time for myself friends can u please suggest me some easy remedies for reducing belly fat and taking care of fitness, face skin. please help

hello..<br> Some tips are-<br> -Breastfeeding actually helps in melting fat..hence BF baby as much as possible..<br> -Eat healthy- concentrate on quality not quatity..have more n more fibrous food veggies fruits<br> -Exercises like abdominal compressions,pelvic tilts,toe taps and heel slides,single-leg stretches..Do a brisk walk..<br> -As new mom ll be nt having more tym so plz include baby in ur work out...this may help u concentrating on baby too<br> -Always stay hydrated-have plenty fluids green tea lemon juice..<br> -Have a gud tummy massage which even helps in reduction of belly fat..<br> take care

do 30 minute walk or 15 minutes walk after every meal. take green tea nd avoid sugary n fried food.
