Hi.. i have 18 days old twin boys.. both have different features.. after delivery my younger son was so lethargic... So my doctor done a some blood test for him. No sound cry... Simply kick his leg for feeding or diaper change.. is this normal.. blood test for genetic check... What was the purpose of blood test.. im so confused.. can anyone help me
