Hi , i have 9th month n 4days pregnancy, how can i prepare my body for normal delivery? My current weight is 93.6kg n my pregnancy starts with 84.5kg . Normal deliverey with less pain and get healthy baby ?

Sorry to say but it is quite late now..one needs to start doing yoga, squats, some house chores like brooming, mopping, etc right from the beginning dear..but still u can try doing meditation so that u wud be able to tolerate the labour pain..<br> But ultimately, it is a game of luck only..few ladies follow everything from the beginning but if baby poops inside or on some other conditions also, they have to go for immediate C-section..<br> Just meditate for now whenever possible and keep your fingers crossed dear.. hope for the best for u..&#128522; btw C-section is not so bad..trust me &#128522; <br> U can check my profile to read my C-section story..u will get some tips there &#128522;
