For stuffy nose you can. instill saline nose drops like nasoclear or nasomist a few minutes before a feed. You can also put a few drops of eucalyptus oil on a handkerchief and place on your shoulders on the side that you are latching baby. For increased supply if you have a breast pump then pump immediately after baby has done feeding for a few minutes as this will teach your breast to produce more.
