I have a month old baby, my baby doesn't sleep for more than 15mins continously throughout the day and I am by his side the whole day breastfeeding him and burping him. He sleeps for 15-30mins after feeding and starts crying after 15mins of waking up. I start feeding him again. But he sleeps well during night(10-12 hrs continously), so I don't wake him up for feeding during night.
Am I doing something wrong?? I used to feed him once in 2hrs but now it's like I feed him throughout the day and let him sleep at night.
Please answer the question if you're aware of a solution. Thanks in advance

It appears that your baby is cluster feeding during the day and completing all nutrition needs during the day and hence sleeping at night. If baby is growing well then you can continue the pattern. Else we would suggest atleast one feed in the middle of the night at this age and trying other distraction techniques during the day to stretch the feed time. Over all keep track of the number of times the baby passes urine which should be minimum seven per day.
