Hi, I have already completed 9 months of pregnancy on 15th March. my due date is 17th March, but I haven’t gone into labour yet. My gynaec had performed membrane sweep for me on 13th March, but that didn’t get me into labour yet. Now she has asked me that if I don’t deliver naturally before 21st, then I need to have castor oil on 20th night and get admitted to the hospital on 21st for induction. Can you please let me know if it is safe to get induced? And can I still have a normal delivery or will it be a c-sec?

Hi yes it's safe to get induced, not many doctors follow this castor oil method there are other easy ways to get induced, if you are not comfortable then please let her know. Since everything is normal for you dont worry about the csection, stay positive. Tagging few articles which will help you.
