Hi, I have been a pretty active person before pregnancy, used to run, I am now 14 weeks pregnant, can I at least walk to stay active. Or is it not advisable?

Also is green tea safe during pregnancy?

Walking is good to stay active. Plz don't have green tea as it contains caffeine
