include nuts and dry fruits especially walnuts . for supplement and multivitamins you need to check with doctor.  do not take any medicine w/o consultation.  take a healthy balanced diet with protein item in every meal good sources are milk and milk products , pulses etc .

you can take flax seeds...they contain Omega 3
