hi I m 18 week pregnant my current weight is 85 kg. plz suggest healthy diet so  to control my weight below risk level.also got lots of acne on back and front of body.

Stop outside food completely. no aerated drinks. walk everyday. avoid dieting now.

Try to take smaller but frequent meals.When you feel the urge to eat something,try to snack on crackers,nuts and salads.Drink lots of water.Do brisk walking.Substitute wheat with millet,ragi and other healthy grains.Have egg white,pulses and sprouts.Eat fresh fruits and vegetables everyday.Avoid outside food and check ur salt and sugar intake<u>.</u>

have healthy diet with protein in every meals . do not starve yourself&nbsp; . avoid junk . walk daily . have your meals on time every 2 hrs or 5 times .
