This is a skin infection. The breasts become heavier and hence tend to sag and make contact with the skin below. Additionally pregnancy makes you sweat more than normal. Please see your doctor for a local application. Ensure that you wear cotton undergarments which are well fitted and also wipe the area with a warm moist cloth a few times a day. Remember to Pat dry as well.
