The blood spots could be coming from abrasion in the vaginal area. At times they happen after intercourse. Have you discussed this with your doctor ? At times there is sub chorionic bleeding in early Pregnancy and this can make its way out slowly over a few weeks.

Is it possible to increase cervix length because it will definitely affect normal delivery and what about the placenta position.. Is it OK or <u>not</u>

maybe your cervix length is short. it may even be due to low lying placenta. if you speak to your doc about your options, he will give you tips to go ahead with normal delivery. whether u will hv a normal delivery or not depends on your last two weeks statistics. please avoid sex.
