i walked up down 12 floors to induce labour at 38 weeks. I'm not a fit person. I think keeping fit is important during pregnancy. it will help in recovery. start with light walks

It's a good idea to continue with whatever you have been doing and not start anything new especially if it is strenous. However a light walk can actually be refreshing. So walk for about half hour every day. You can take breaks. Remember to hydrate well and don't get breathless. Evenings after a light snack or in the morning when you wake up after a quick snack and then walk followed by breakfast.

Hi Sarika. At this stage please do not exert yourself. If you have been active and have exercised in your earlier months of pregnancy then continue. Stop when you are tired. You can walk at any time you can. All the best.
