this is my first pregnancy. cardiac activity is seen at 6 week 6 days. but after 15 days cardiac activity is not seen and now ultrasound shows 7 week 1 day.

was this the first time you had your scan and was it done internally as well? if yes, it's a wait and watch for another week. repeat Scan will be helpful.

I got both my babies heart beat only by 10th week. usually it happens as Sonali has mentioned. don't worry. take those tablets and relax. All will be well

At times it may be a case of late conception which means that you have conceived towards the end of your cycle in which case the heart beat will be visible a little later. The hormones have been prescribed to support the growth and please do take them. It's important that you relax and go in for a check up as per the schedule.
