Nandini ji to be frank there is no other option I will taking this tablet because you are very very high with the thyroid levels ideal thyroid level should have been less than 2 at this time in first trimester answer will advise you to not to think a shortcut or any other way because this is very very important thyroid should be controlled otherwise it can cause anomalies in foetus please be considerate in taking d medication
