Hi Rajathi, high blood sugar during pregnancy can result in a very heavy baby and there may be problems during delivery because of this. Would advise to follow a strict diabetic diet wherein you reduce intake of sugar, refined foods like maida, processed and packaged foods, soft drinks and packaged juices and fried food. Soak few methi seeds overnight and have them with the water the next morning. Keep visiting your gynecologist for monitoring. Also, go for walks. Walk at a comfortable speed for 20 to 25 minutes or you can also start yoga with a pregnancy yoga instructor. Do not start yoga on your own. There are some asanas that are not recommended for pregnant women.

It will not affect your baby unless and until its too high. First stop taking stress about this.. just go for protein rich diet and go for 20 mins walk after every meal.

Hi rajathi... Your case is same as mine... I managed to keep my sugar under control with right diet.. and my baby is absolutely fine and active..
So keep your sugar under control and all will be well.. just keep an eye on your AFI when you get your ultrasound done
