Hi i m in d 7th month of my pregnancy.. have gained abt 13kgs by now. M really worried abt my weight.. have been overweight always.. m doing yoga n walking.. m active widout any complications in my pregnancy.. had pcos bfr pregnancy since puberty.. can u pls gv some diet guidelines..

Also is it dat overweight women have to go thru a c section necessarily... is normal delivery posssible?? #ama

Hey dear as you're saying you've been overweight I hope you're following proper diet plan from your gynecologist and did she connect you to any dietician yet?<br> Check out some plans at dietburp.com they're free and good but take your doctor's advise....13 kg is too much for 7 months but don't think much...each healthy and keep a watch on wat you're doing wrong without panicking...<br> Avoid sugar, instead take dates or jaggery...eat fresh homemade food only...take 4-6 liter water, avoid juices instead take fresh fruits...try watery fruits more than pulpy....I hope you're taking lemon as lemon helps in absorbing nutrients from whatever we eat... never stuff yourself...eat light but frequently....no preservatives, market cookies, bread etc.... everything homemade
