patience and planning. plan everything - meals, games, bedtime etc. Engage the older one in activities such as coloring puzzles etc that she/ he can do alone. younger one can be given age-appropriate toys. Mealtime can be separated so you can focus. read books to them together.

That's a trik which all mom's face especially if you have twins. Patience is the only suggestion. we are also learning the same now having 2. Anyways try to occupy them with games played together.
