hi i m working and have continues duty of 9hrs. my feet are swollen and even pains a lot

Take short frequent breaks at work and walk around for a few minutes. Place a small stool under your desk to elevate your feet while sitting. Do ankle flexes and rotations while sitting at your desk.

u can do ice pack. apply some gel where the leg pains and abt 20 min after that apply an ice pack. u can just take a plastic bag with some ice cubes just gently do it for 7-8 times.
