Hi .. I need to ask .. currently my 31st week is running n I have a sweet tooth .. I had asked my gyna for sugar test but he said it's not needed .. I am worried abt gestational diabetes .. I am thinking of getting it done on my own .. but how can I have fasting test as I have to fast for 12 hrs and carrying twins without having anything for 12 hrs seems to be difficult .. any suggestions @Dr Shilpitha Singh
