Hi, usually walking is recommended and stretching and strengthening exercises are recommended. It is always best that you learn these exercises from a certified professional. And group exercises can give you a boost to your confidence. If you wish to know the safest exercises, you can read articles and if u r keen to join the nearest classes you can browse the services.
