I had fever and continued breastfeeding, my baby too got fever. I was told that it is possible for the baby to get fever if I have fever. Not sure whether cold and cough also gets transmitted through breaskmilk. Better consult doctor

Yes there is no problem. The infection will not pass thru breast milk in fact the baby will get the anti bodies. Just remember to not cough or sneeze on the baby. Cover your mouth. Also wash your hands frequently especially before handling the baby.

consult ur dr gyane nd take medicine asap.. as ur cold will get cured bt ur baby will catch it if u continue to feed ur baby
