avoid excessive ghees intake as it will only add weight to your body. you can have icre cream and frooti in moderation. pasta that too home made. avoid cold drinks if possible. no restaurant food plz.

ghee is good fat you should have it in moderation. ice-cream depending on the season you can have take in on day time only can add fruits to increase the nutritional value. vanilla ice cream relieves acidity also. restaurant food better to be avoided due to hygiene reasons and high salt and oil contents . if it is an emergency opt for well cooked foods and have freshly prepared. do not have packaged foods and cold drinks as most of them are empty calories and contain preservatives . pasta you can make at home with lots of veggies.

ghee - yes must it helps in bone lubrication later.. its healthy has low glycemic index. <br>
ice cream - you can hv a small cup may b.. not frm the prevention persay but so tht u don't catch cold<br>
pasta - yes.. make home made pasta with lots of veggies.. if out try fr wheat pasta. make sure u ask the restaurant guy to not add ajinomoto or msg.. u r good to hv chinese too and momos too!!! just avoid MSG.. <br>
i hv had lot of outside food especially Chinese!! <br>
Frooti.. - have 1.. not more cause sugar contents are high n generally women cn get gestational diabetes <br>
all in all.. eat guilt free.. have in moderation.. dont cut on any craving.. i even used to hv maggi!! but throughout 9 mnths abt 5-6 times just cudnt resist!!! <br>
Enjoy ur lil bundle of joy while its inside nurturing.. once out things will chng :)

Ghee nd vanila ice cream u can have but keep in mind that everything in moderation.<br>
But a big no to cold drinks . avoid restaurant food <u>too</u>
