Hi. I'm 27 week pregnant. I'm getting very late night sleep after 1 pm. i wake up by 10am, after tat i will had my breakfast very lately. I'm getting back pain. late night sleep morning wake up late & havibg breakfast late. Will it affect my baby???

Daniya, i was in a same situation when i was pregnant. Heres what i did, my dinner time was around 9pm and after 1hr i use to have milk with banana and then 1/2 an hour before sleep i use to had some fruit or cookies. And i start my morning with 5 soaked almomds and 1 apple.

hi<br> r u working ? and any particular reason that your not able to sleep like leg cramps etc.? even I faced similar issue<br> I tried being a little more activa during the day, more f physical work. so that I feel sleepy early by 10.30-11<br> this helped me alot and I was able to start my day around 6.30-7.

daniya william hamara routine bhi yahi ha but hum try karte ha ki early mrg kuch kha ke luke apple badam ya biscuit le ke phir soo jaye

long gap before breakfast gives acidity so try having something in the midnight like milk etc.
