Hi I'm 28th week of my pregnancy and I'm very happy with my baby movements , but I'm unable to sleep night time as I have slight back pain so I lay down on my back straight for a while, is that all okay.

Try to sleep side way as sleeping on back for long with increase ur pain. keep changing ur side. I use keep a pillow below my leg and that use to give me little relief.

avoid sleeping for a very long time on your back as it strains the back . sleeping on the sides is better.. apply some balm for your back ache .
