At 2 years kids don't sit...they just love exploring..you don't need to teach by making them sit with books..instead make learning fun...like while you get vegetables and fruits..ask them to sort green colour round vegetable separately and once done you can say give me 4 pieces of green capsicum...keep 5 apples in the freeze...which colour is apple...like with kitchen utensils you can teach them sorting..while taking stairs you can teach numbers...read number plates in parking...this way you can teach phonics and numbers...<br> For opposites again you can use household articles...like give a open container say it as open and give closed container and say it is close...likewise up and down while using stairs or elevator...<br> During bedtime read books..kids learn and grasp things each and every <u>moment</u>
