Hi,; I'm at 35 weeks n 4 days. This evening while passing stools for the first time I'm seeing blood. Is it something to worry about and should I go to the hospital. Baby now is in head down position n this morning I visited my doctor and then I was absolutely fine. Im also getting feet swelling. I stood for long I guess. Please advise is it something I need you worry about as tmw is my baby shower I don't want anything to happen.
