Hi I'm mother of 61 days oldbaby boy nowadays I feel like my baby is loosing his weight, he's spitting out small quantuty of milk how shall I increase his weight
His current weight should be e n plus that means if a baby was born 2.5 kgs by now he should be 3.2 if a baby is gaining this much then you need not to worry spitting out milk is normal just continue to burp your baby after every feed which is the normal phenomenon and very much required when the baby is gassy then to drink less milk so ensure that you remove the gas by simply tapping on your baby's back
