Hi..; in my level 2 ultrasound report.; Following line highlighted.
"B/L pyelectasis is seen with AP dimension of 4.5 mm on right side & 4 mm on left side"

It will get resolved in last trimester.. still once get it checked when baby is out.. otherwise nothing to worry..
