is a weight issue during pregnancy as I was 91 when I was confirmed about pregnancy but nw I am 98. I am currently in third trimester.

Hi Shilpa , a healthy weight gain in pregnancy usually doesn't involve only the numbers on the weighing scale , it involves a healthy diet which is small frequent meals every 2/3 hours which is filled with all necessary nutrients & a good prenatal workout , not to forget a stress free day. More importantly with your weight gain , Is the baby getting all the nutrients & baby is gaining weight adequately should also be considered . Shilpa...are you going for prenatal yoga? that's super helpful in natural birthing and also recovery later. If not, please go for a prenatal yoga class near you (search on BabyChakra) and do at least some basic exercises. Kegels, breathing, ankle rotation etc - Trust me, it will help you immensely.
