Hi Keshika, I can imagine the trauma your little one experienced. Here are a few things we can do.
1st, let us not get stuck with it. Children often repeat what they hear around them. What you need to do is not react when she says 'chup kar'. Behave as if you have not heard it. And, behave normally. Do not react otherwise respond or correct her. Teach her a new way to refuse instead of that by using some gesture like a bubble in the mouth or finger on your lips.
For potty, if you have tried different potty seats and pots, I will suggest that you let her excrete in the diaper but while sitting so that she learns the difference between soiling a diaper and coming to the potty position. Also, do not make a fuss about it. Let it go unnoticed for a few days. Play a game - clap and tap while she is excreting so that she is distracted. Do it for a few days before you can train her. First, you have to focus on removing the fear. Only later you can think of training her. All the best
