Hi it's been 3 months of my C-section delivery... I want to know what things I Can do now
.. n what I still have to avoid... like in terms of food, exercise. Going out or any other physical activities... n can I take supplements like vit e capsule, multivitamin tablets or fish oil tablets.

Avoid spicy and pickles you can also avoid absolute curd for one more month are there any signs of pain or discomfort in your stomach if there is pain is a little bit discomfort then you should avoid exercise for one more month after that you can start with swimming as a first exercise or simply start with yoga about the supplements you can and keep taking the iron supplement if you are iron was already 11 points at the time of delivery calcium and vitamin d is going to help but you can take calcium as a single tablet once in a day for vitamin d rely more on natural sunlight

Hi Kiran you can do everything including walking, Just make sure not to lift heavy weight. You can join gym or start excercises after 6 months. No restrictions in the food, have everything in moderation. Yes continue your supplements till 6 months.
