hi it's been 6 months post delivery...and I have started doing suryanamaskara in the morning...so will it help to reduce pregnancy  weight?

Surya namaskaara will definitely a very good thing to begin your day with. Along with it... Daily start walking and also do some other yoga asanas. Drink lots of water.
