I opted for Epidural during my delivery....it doesn't reduce the pain 100 percent but can reduce upto 40 to 50 percent. Specially reduces pain caused when the baby comes out and the perineal stitches My Gynaec told me that it doesn't have any major side effects...I dont have any so far and heard the same from friends. you can go 4 it.
