Better avoid tight clothes which have elastic.. wear the clothes in which you feel comfortable n as it's summer; not for only baby it is good for you also to avoid pants as bcoz of sweat there will be chances of UTI...

There's nothing harm but its advised to wear below a bit so that you don't feel uncomfortable
