You can chew ajwain and drink water. It was really helpful for <u>me</u>

Try saunf, don't chew keep it in mouth , you can also dip jeera in water and consume after few hours , if you don't have; cold/cough then try cold milk (not boiled) and water 1:1 qty with sugar ....Hope this helps ..... Finally if you can try eating pan every <u>day</u> it helps in reducing the burning sensation

Try drinking nariyal pani early morning and in evening, <u>avoid</u> tea and spicy foods and lots of sweet as well, drink Cold milk instead of hot it reduces acidity and u can try some gulgand about half a tea spoon.
