hi ladies I m in my 6th month and have gestational diabetes but I m suffering from dengue fever since yesterday can u ladies please help with what to eat during this time my weight is reducing n I m carrying twins which is not good for them or me. please help

The most important thing with dengue is that you need to stay well hydrated. The target is about 20 plus glasses of fluids. Since you also have gestational diabetes I would suggest lots of vegetable juices and soups. You can also have watered down dals, moong water and other forms of protein based soups. And yes it would be good to have a proper diet consult as that could help you manage the situation of gestational diabetes and twins.
