Apply breast milk itself good medicine and quick heal for nipple crack

If there is crack on nipple, do not feed like that. Apply Nipcare. It is lanoline that heals the crack. Meanwhile, use nipple shield for feeding or express milk. If u continue to feed with crack, it might worsen.

Apply coconut oil and massage properly and twice use nip care to make your nipples <u>soft</u>

start applying himalaya nipple care butter cream.it helps me a lot. infact I felt the same during early stage.
