pain could be due to many reasons , constipation , urinary infection , uterine problems , ovarian cysts , cramping condition of uterus , you need to see doctor , have check up , urine exmination , ultrasound scan if necessary

Mild abdominal pain is OK
Avoid intercourse for 12 weeks
Lots of water and fibre in diet
If pain is too much need to evaluate it mild pain nothing to worry

Sometimes little bit pain is there because of constipation and sometimes due to bladder irritation so don't worry be happy
