Hi me a mother of 2 n half month old baby, got cold n lil feverish... What shd i do avoid my baby getting same, as he is on jus breast of me and there is no1 at home who can tk cate of him during daytime.... Pls revert.

When mom falls ill her body makes antibodies to fight the infection. These pass thru the breast milk to the baby. Hence the baby develops immunity as well. Avoid sneezing and coughing directly on the baby. Feeding the baby is fine. Wash your hands often as you are handling the baby.

take proper medication for yourself. wash hands frequently especially before handling baby.
