now i m feeling mera milk km ho ra h i dnt knw y it happning bcz pehle 4 hr  mai breast tight rehta tha ab aisa hota hi ni jbki mai feed krati rehti hu...tb b wo km prduce kr ra h y.?

May he he is not getting enough feed. Baby burp karta h Kya after every feed. Uska stomach check karo, agar tight h to iska matlab use gas h.

Show this to the pediatrician then may b he is facing some other problem then. And dear try to give baby at least 6 month mother feeding.
