These are rashes. Apply a good rash cream. I am using mamaearth diaper rashfree cream. It is effective on other than diaper rashes also. It never absorbs in the skin rather makes a layer on the skin and do not allow anything to come in contact with the skin. It will reduce the itching and redness quickly.
