hi momies and experts, I want to ask if timing of breakfast, lunch and dinner affect baby weight? sometime I take lunch late because I feel full so I worry about it?

It is very normal to not feel hungry in the last few weeks of pregnancy however it is still essential to eat small portions of healthy foods every two to three hours to maintain your sugar levels and Ensure optimal growth. Plan small healthy snacks, break up your meals, do smaller portions, focus on fruits vegetables and proteins and limit carbs as they fill you up.

More than timing it is your nutrition diet that matters. Try your best to take small meal snacks in between like a salad, fruit or egg. Keep drinking water

Don't worry. eat only when u feel hungry. However ensure u include all the necessary nutrients in whatever u eat.
