personally, I kept my lo diaper free as they need a pee n poop count in the hospital, and used diapers for her while taking her out and at night, works fine provided you change diapers frequently and give ur lo free time as well to avoid nappy rash.

You can try cloth <u>diapers</u>

the only tine i used diaper in hospital was when taking baby for tests and immunizations. otherwise we can't understand number of pees and poops which is important...

ya it's safe.. but ensure you change diapers every 2-3 hours..
