breastfeed is sufficient... babies take around one month to settle down of feed or sleep routine...one side 40 min is enough with 15-20 min suckling...feed frequently if required but don't stretch more than 40 min each breast to avoid exerting yourself.... keep hydrated and take help of family members for burping the baby...it will all be ok dear by one month 😘

ur milk is enuf nasreen. they get tired and fall asleep. make sure u burp him inbetween. i spoke to a known dr &amp; expert today at #breastisbest event and asked this q for u, laxmi and all our new moms who are facing this challenge. <u>tc</u>

Don't think that ur milk is not enough,&#160; if ur baby's pee count is more than 6-7 times a day he's getting sufficient milk from u.&#160; Colic could be reason of crying, burp ur baby after every feed and sometimes they just want to suck nipples for comfort through this they feel close and comfortable with mother.&#160; So don't worry. Enjoy this phase. Happy motherhood... Please avoid fm give ur milk only.
