Hi mommies and doctors, Wanna ask a question i am 34 week pregnant and worried about my post delivery care.. my mother in law is no more and my mother is sick so she would not be able to come and there is no other relative or lady in the house to take care of me post pregnancy... husband is there but i doubt he could take proper care of me and baby alone... sometimes i feel like depressed and alone, that how would it be managed... any suggestion on this

Pooja I'm sure you will take care of yourself and you will be proud of that later, I know many cousins and relatives of mine went abroad and took care of themselves after delivery. Don't worry and God be with you.

dont worry. plan things out<br>
get a maid for help for intial one month. someone to cook food, cleaning and washing clothes. if these things are sorted ull be fine. one month rest is fine and will help u to get back on feet. make panjeeri for urself in large quantity. take healthy food aftsr ur delivery. avoid junk and oily.

Hi pooja. Firstly a hug. Now pls dont feel depressed..We often underestimate our hubbies. You both should talk and see if he can get leave to help you. Invite him to our app. We ll help you both learn the ropes. Try hiring a maid to do housework or jappa maid to do small baby work. You ll be fine dear. Maybe a friend could visit in the day...
