7-8 months is a good time however that them bit and make powder and store..add little to daliya.. khichdi etc..and also see for any allergies.. introduce one at a time..keep gap of a week..once adjusted almonds, cashews, pistachio, can be given safely..even raisins too.. introduce Wal uts a bit later as they are known to give allergy and are hot in taseer..

Nuts are possible allergens so before introducing you need to check by offering little to the baby and check if there is any rashes or swelling. I introduced cashews and badam poweder as early as 7 months, dates are too sweet so they may develop preferences towards sweet taste, so I just started.
