A simple exercise that will help strengthen your back muscles is laying on your back with your legs bent at 90 degrees and lifting your buttocks a few inches above the surface.. I was taught this at a Prenatal class and it was immensely helpful but pls consult your doc before you do it

Due to weight gain on the third trimester in the abdomen region there is additional pressure on the back and hence back pain can get aggravated in this trimester. Additionally posture as well as sleeping position can be an issue. Seek permission from your doctor and join some Prenatal exercise classes as that will help you with strengthening your back as well as correct your posture.
