Hi mommies I am going through a very painful situation.
After my delivery on 12th Feb , milk supply was not adequate after 3 days it started coming slowly. I am breastfeeding my lil one but have developed big lump on my right breast. It's painful also.
Please suggest some remedies,as per my doc cold compress is to be done and if not cured then operation. I don't want to operate

Just take hot water bath, cold compress never help and make sure to feed baby every 2 hours and also empty breast with breast pumping or by pressing.. this lump is due to the accumulation of the breast milk..

My doc suggest massage it gently and to do hot compress .and try to express milk with help of pump so that if it is any kind of engrogment it can be remove and she gave me ointment to apply on the place (if I am not understanding question wrong )
