Hi mommies
I had a c- sec delivery three months back. I was feeling pain in lower abdomen bcos of which couldn't use belt for reducing my tummy. please suggest what should I do now?

will using belt help me now?

my belly is bulging and I look as if still pregnant. I m worried how to get back to shape..

using belt basically gives you support... so dnt think much about it. just avoid fried and sugary items... and start with walks... eat healthy and after 6 months or when the doc suggests you can start with exercises.

Bending exercises, crunches, squats and walking. Also, go zero on sugar! helps a lot in reducing belly fat. Good luck!!
