Hi Mommies. I had my anomaly or Level 2 scan yesterday at 19 weeks. Everything was normal except amniotic fluid was reduced. My doctor prescribed me Maintane tablet thrice a day for a month. I have heard that drinking a lot of water around 10-12 glasses a day can help effectively. I just want to know what else can I do like Anulom vilom? Please suggest your views if anyone have had same problem. However, my doctor was not much concerned.
